1. You prepare the call
In about two minutes, enter your child's first name, how to pronounce it, and anything you'd like Santa to mention — interests, a recent achievement, a kind habit to encourage, or a short message from you. You review everything before anything happens.
2. You choose a call
Pick a one-time package, enter your email and pay securely by card. No account or password is needed. Your private call link is emailed after payment is verified.
3. Your child talks with Santa
Open your private emailed link. Prepare the details on that device, press “Start call”, allow the microphone, and hand over the phone. Santa greets your child by name and chats naturally — listening, reacting and asking one question at a time. You can mute or end the call at any moment.
What Santa talks about
Christmas, the North Pole, reindeer, kindness, sharing, imagination, family, and the things you've told him your child is proud of. Santa won't promise specific presents, never claims to be watching your child, and gently steers away from anything off-topic.
Honest about AI
Santa's voice and words are generated by AI in real time. If your child asks, Santa answers honestly in a way that suits their age. If your child seems upset or wants to stop, Santa ends kindly.
How your details are used
Only to personalise this call. Your message is treated as something to pass on — it can never change Santa's safety rules. We don't record audio, don't keep transcripts by default, and never share details with advertisers.
