Plain-English answers about what we collect and why.
What we collect
Only your child's first name, how to say it, and anything optional you choose to add (interests, an achievement, a message). We never ask for surnames, addresses, schools, birthdays or location.
Microphone access
Your browser asks permission when the call starts. Audio is streamed live to our voice provider so Santa can reply, and is not recorded or stored by us by default.
How long we keep it
Call details are kept only as long as needed to provide your purchase, and deleted after the Christmas season. Full transcripts aren't kept by default.
Deleting your data
Email hello@example.com from the address you used to pay and we'll delete your child's details. A self-service delete button will be added before launch.
Honest AI
Santa is an AI character. He answers honestly if asked, never claims to watch or track children, never asks for secrets, and doesn't promise gifts.
No advertising use
Children's details are never sent to analytics or advertising platforms. We measure only anonymous counts like “calls completed”.
